Meet Peri Jane

Many years of struggling with my health brought me to herbalism. I was dealing with fibromyalgia, TMJ, degenerative disc disease, mental health problems, and nervous system dysregulation. Visits to the doctor proved ineffective, but I knew there had to be a better way.

I started to experiment with different wellness practices, and quickly noticed improvement when I changed my diet and lifestyle. I knew I was on the right track, and then I stumbled upon herbalism. I never looked back.

By incorporating herbalism into my daily life, and finding ways to keep a seemingly mundane task fun & interesting (hello, functional mocktails & adaptogenic baked goods), I transformed my health for good.
